Thesis title : The Stratigraphy (Lithofacies, electrofacies, seismic facies) and Geometry of East Java Basin, Based on Wireline Log Data, Cutting Data, Side Wall Core Data, and Seismic Data from Well ALBIT-1, Gresik, JOB Pertamina Petrochina East Java, Indonesia
Job Interests : Petroleoum and the others basin analysist things, such as exploration geologist jobs, wellsite geologist jobs, mudloggers, wireline log engineers. Doing log correlations jobs, formation evaluations, reservoir characterizations especially in limestone (my thesis about Oligo Miocene carbonate build up reservoir in Kujung Formation, East Java Basin with petroleoum systems Ngimbang Formation become source rocks, hydrocarbons migrations to Kujung Formation and trapped by stratigraphyc structural trap horst graben reefal built up at east java back arc basin. And Tuban Formation become Seal Rocks)
Geological mapping and Research : 1. The Geological Mapping of Sindang Barang Area, South Cianjur, West Java Province. 2. The Geological Mapping of Bantarujeg Area, Majalengka, West Java Province.
Geologist Skill (Wellsite, Geoscientist, Well Planner and Mudloggers) : 1. How to descript cuttings, especially reservoir rocks ; sandstone and limestone. To interpret the geological characteristic of well and basin. 2. Making a composite log from well data, its usually using softwares such as Geolith or GS Softwares. 3. Understand about drilling activities in a rig such as drilling times, casing, cementing, wireline logging, DST.know all about drilling tools from rig to the every units of drilling. Mudlogging unit, Drilling Mud Unit, etc. 4. Reporting all the drilling details to the Company man, then to the central office in Jakarta every days. 5. Well plan job. Seismic interpretations, geological mapping, stratigraphy study, sedimentology study, and facies. 5. Geoscientist, petrography and paleontology study in laboratory. 6. Geological mapper. I am actually a field geologist.
